#Glasgow2014 Commonwealth GamesNigeria's Andrew Dick Up For Gold Medal In Men Wrestling Final

Wrestlers slug it out on the mat at the Commonwealth Games  Nigeria is set for another medal in the Commonwealth Games when wrestler Andrew Dick faces Canada's Tamerlan Tagziev in the Men 86 Kg FS final.
The 37 year-old Nigerian defeated South African Armando Hietbrink 4-0 to set up the final fight against the 32 year-old Canadian who beat India's Pawan Kumar 5-0 in the semi finals.

Before the win over the South African, Dick beat Kenyan Peter Onyango Omenda 4-0 in the quarterfinal, while Armando saw out Pakistan's Mohammed Inam.
The Final is set for 17:35 GMT.
Meanwhile, Female wrestler 21 year-old Ifeoma Nwoye lost 3-1 in the semi final to Canada's 32 year-old Brittanee Laverdure in the Women FS 55kg; she is going to fight Cameroon's Essombe Tiako for the Bronze medal at 16:30 GMT
Nigeria is currently placed 8 on the medal standing with 19 medals; comprising 6 Gold medals, 5 Silver and 8 Bronze medals.
