Dr. Dre has listed his mansion for $35 Million.

Despite being one of the richest rappers in the game for some time, Dr. Dreis moving up. The legendary producer sold his partially owned company, Beats By Dre, to Apple for 3 Billion dollars earlier this year, and it seems a $35 million dollar mansion simply isn’t enough for him anymore.

Dre recently purchased Tom Brady’s former mansion for $40 Million dollars, and it looks as if that will serve as his primary home for now. The Hollywood Hills mansion he’s selling sports 6 bedrooms, and 9 bathrooms. When Dre purchased it in 2011, it was worth only $15.4 million, which means he’s flipping it for more than double its original price.
