WAR in Late Prophet Ajanaku’s family, as wife announced burial’s date of her late husband

Penultimate week,Joy Ajanaku, the widow of the founder of Christ Revival Victory Church, late Prophet Ireti Ajanaku, announced that she would be burying her husband on Thursday, 17th July 2014. Since this announcement, the younger brother of the late prophet, Moruf Ajanaku and some of the family members have said the funeral plan doesn’t have their backing.

Moruf Ajanaku, who recently spoke to a magazine, on the funeral of his late brother said, “My brother(Ireti Ajanaku) will not be buried next week Thursday. None of our family members is supporting this move.
We will bury our brother but it isn’t in our tradition that the wife will determine when her husband is to be buried.
We aren’t burying our brother now. She was meant to see us, and we would then choose a date.If she does, the family will then make it known when he will be buried”.
